Benjamin Feist
Managing Attorney

Ben Feist most recently joined Feist Law & Advocacy in 2024. He previously worked alongside Sandra over a decade ago in the early years of the firm (then known as Grell Feist LLC). Ben’s current practice areas include all employment-based visa and green card categories, as well as naturalization applications and immigration litigation in the federal courts.
Prior to joining Feist Law, Ben worked at the American Civil Liberties Union of Minnesota in the roles of Legislative Director, Chief Programs Officer, and Interim Executive Director. He is also a former Assistant Attorney General with the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office, where he practiced in complex litigation and consumer protection. Prior to law school, Ben worked for two U.S. Members of Congress at their Minnesota district offices.
