Derartu Ansha is a graduate of University of Minnesota- Twin Cities, where she completed her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology of Law, Criminology, and Deviance with a minor in Political Science. Derartu specializes in employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant visas and achievement-based visas. She is a first-generation immigrant with a passion for helping others.

Outside of work, Derartu enjoys spending time with friends, working with kids, cooking, crocheting/knitting, and binge-watching shows.
